Callers will hear a welcome message inviting them to choose their language and then their needs.

The service is also accessible from a cell phone by dialing a short code.
The customer has the possibility to receive a mini statement of his account by SMS.

Elle est téléchargeable pour les particuliers et professionnels sur Play Store pour tous les Android, et son utilisation ne nécessite aucune connexion Internet.

SGT-VOICE est la 1ère application vocale permettant aux clients d’obtenir des informations sur leur compte sans passer par des menus successifs et sans saisir leur identifiant à chaque connexion.
