A predictive dialer (predictive dialer in English) is a computer system used in call centers.
It automatically dials numbers and sends the call to an available operator.

The predictor is the solution of the most advanced telephone technology for prospection to individuals.

The principle is simple: the predictive dialer dials the call even before the agents are available based on the number of operators and the average time calls. The numbered call is forwarded to an agent when it is earned by the recipient.

This system allows you to perform better in your call campaigns and get a very competitive performance.

In effect, where the manual call allows only 15 to 20 minutes of conversation per hour, the predictor allows him between 45 to 50 minutes.

* Preview mode (Preview dialing): mode for generating an outgoing call initiated by voluntary action of the agent, which provides information about the caller before establishing communication. This mode is particularly useful for calls to the company or to confirm appointments.

* Progressive Mode (Progressive dialing): the agent has no information on the prospect before the call is initiated. The information sheet appears when stalled. Once the plug being validated, the system automatically dials the next card and so on until the file ends.
