The module is a call statistics reporting tool for queues.

You have a tab that allows you to view real-time activity of your queue and your call statistics. You can react immediately if reduced performance and / or quality.

This management tool allows queue always know the number of people waiting and the estimated waiting time.

You can also listen to recordings from reports and monitor outbound traffic.
